NEXT WEEK

Next week there will be some changes:

MONDAY(2/18) - Donna Edgarton will be covering Anna's 10:00-11:00am class

TUESDAY(2/19) - There will be NO 10:30-11:30am class, but there WILL be class with Grace at 7:15-8:30pm

WEDNESDAY(2/20) - Deborah Evans will be starting her new 5:30-6:30 moderate level Vinyasa class

THURSDAY(2/21) - Deborah Evans will be covering for Anna's normal 6:15-7:30pm class

Drop in and try a class with a new teacher!

GETTING TO THE STUDIO

Yoga Above Northampton Classes are held in the "Upstairs Studio" which is on the 4th floor of 25 Main St. in Northampton, MA.

To get to the studio, enter through the Main St. entrance and walk up (or take elevator) to the 3rd floor. On the 3rd floor, veer left and turn down the long hall. At the end of the hall turn right, toward Karuna studio and then left into another hall. At the end of the hall you will walk through a door and go up another flight of stairs. After one last hall on the 4th floor, you will find an alcove where the studio is located.

There are "Yoga Above Northampton" signs to help guide you.

If you get lost, simply ask for the Upstairs Studio.
