Sunday Class

Last class with Allie May 18th 5:30-6:45pm

Allie will be ending her Sunday class on May 18th. Be sure to catch her class before she is gone!

Goodbye to Blake

Blake's 5:30-6:45pmWednesday class will no longer be happening.

We have loved having him teach at Y.A.N. and appreciate his soulful nature. We wish him the best with his new endeavors.

GETTING TO THE STUDIO

Yoga Above Northampton Classes are held in the "Upstairs Studio" which is on the 4th floor of 25 Main St. in Northampton, MA.

To get to the studio, enter through the Main St. entrance and walk up (or take elevator) to the 3rd floor. On the 3rd floor, veer left and turn down the long hall. At the end of the hall turn right, toward Karuna studio and then left into another hall. At the end of the hall you will walk through a door and go up another flight of stairs. After one last hall on the 4th floor, you will find an alcove where the studio is located.

There are "Yoga Above Northampton" signs to help guide you.

If you get lost, simply ask for the Upstairs Studio.
