About the class:
An all-levels vinyasa class designed to help you connect to your breath, burn off stress through movement, and then deeply relax into restorative poses. Classes are fun and creative, combining breathing exercises, visualization, invigorating flows, and completely relaxing stretches. You're gonna feel great!
