NEW THURSDAY CLASS!

NEW Thursday Class!!!

6:30- 7:30pm

Same place

This class will be a gentle class

For the time being (at least the next 2 weeks) the 5:00pm Wednesday class will be cancelled

TAKE NOTE: From May 9th-13th the Fitzwilly's building will be doing maintenance work on the front stairs. For Tuesday (5/10) 10:30am class and Thursday's new 6:30pm (5/12) class please enter the building through the side door which can be accessed on the right side of the building (on the parking lot side of the building). The stair case will take you straight up to the fourth floor where the upstairs studio is located.

GETTING TO THE STUDIO

Yoga Above Northampton Classes are held in the "Upstairs Studio" which is on the 4th floor of 25 Main St. in Northampton, MA.

To get to the studio, enter through the Main St. entrance and walk up (or take elevator) to the 3rd floor. On the 3rd floor, veer left and turn down the long hall. At the end of the hall turn right, toward Karuna studio and then left into another hall. At the end of the hall you will walk through a door and go up another flight of stairs. After one last hall on the 4th floor, you will find an alcove where the studio is located.

There are "Yoga Above Northampton" signs to help guide you.

If you get lost, simply ask for the Upstairs Studio.
