Class Cancelation

Tonight's 6-7pm all levels yoga class is cancelled due to the icy weather.  Happy new year, see you next week!

New Tuesday Class

New class on Tuesdays 6:00-7:00pm.  All levels yoga with Anna.  Class starts on December 8th. Come one, come all!

A Farewell to Jackie

Jackie is moving back to St. Louis next month.  We will miss her and her warm smile.

Anna Returns!

Starting on Thursday, September 3rd Anna's gentle yoga class will be back on the schedule! 6:15-7:30pm. All levels and abilities welcome.

Come start your school semester and your fall season off right with deep stretching, revitalizing movement and restorative relaxation.

Summer Pause

Anna will be pausing her Thursday 6:15-7:30pm class for July and August and will resume in September.

Last class with Paul

This Wednesday (1/28/15) will be Paul's last class at Yoga Above Northampton.  We have loved having Paul teach and share his warm, calm presence with all of us.  Drop in this week to say goodbye!

Andrea's will be concluding her Friday night Happy Hour Yoga class on Friday the 16th.  Drop in to say goodbye.
